As one of the newer speedways (just opened in 2001), the Kansas City Speedway seats 82,000 with plans to expand to 150,000 soon, and during the NASCAR Nextel Cup race, the speedway is the fourth-largest city in Kansas. The track has quickly become one of the best and features a Fan Walk that gives fans the opportunity to see their favorite drivers and see what goes on during inspections.
With events to please every race enthusiast, the track hosts the Craftsman Truck Series, Indy Car, USAC Midget Series, CART, Drag Racing and NASCAR to name a few. Admission to each event varies with a 1 day pass starting at $15.00.

The Infield RV Seasonal reserved sites put you right in the middle of all of the action. Rates start at $800 and include two race track admissions. The Motorhome Terrace is situated to give you the best views of the entire Speedway track, without the crowds and noise of the infield. Each site is 20 x 45 in size, and includes two race track admissions for $2,000 per season. For those who prefer to be a little further away from the action, the Kansas Campground is the place for you with sites offered at $210 per season.

The club hosts several events each year including: Showroom Stock, Formula Cars, Touring Cars, Grand Tour Cars, Production Cars and much more.
They also host Solo events, which tests each driver's skill and the car's agility over a clearly defined course. Don't have a race car? They still have events you can drive your own car in. The Road Rally is driven in your own car, on regular roads, with the goal of driving from one place to another at a set time. The Performance Driving Experience puts you on the track in your own car, while you learn the basic skills and principles of performance driving in a non-competitive environment.
